Q: Do I need to attend the home
inspection?
A: It is really your choice. We encourage you to attend your
home inspection. We want you to fully understand every aspect
of the home.
Q: Do you fix any of the problems you
find?
A: No. It would be a conflict of interest if we did!
Q: How long does the home inspection
take?
A: A home inspection generally takes 2-3 hours depending on the size and
condition of the home.
Q: When do I receive my inspection report?
A: We are glad to give you your inspection report immediatly
following the home inspection. If you choose, we can also send
a PDF copy via email.
